Small Tolerance Range High Modulus Carbon Fiber Tube - SGS Certificated
All our tubes are made starting from an inner calibrated core equivalent to the inner diameter, on that we place all the other layers of fiber to achieve the desired thickness of the composite tube. On the basis of the constituent materials and their disposal, we have classified the tubes into different classes (series) to better meet all the needs of each application.
The tubes shown and indicated below are cylindrical, but they can also be available upon request conical, slightly oval, with different thicknesses, or with special carbon fiber additions.
High modulus braided tubes utilize a combination of high modulus uni-directional carbon fiber for axial and bending stiffness and standard modulus braided carbon fiber for torsional rigidity and crush strength. High modulus braided tubes are substantially stiffer than our standard braided tubes, and thus are appropriate when maximum rigidity and minimum weight are required. These tubes are available in both high modulus and ultra-high-modulus fiber.
Our carbon fiber tubes are all manufactured by our own production workshops, the performance, and quality are under our control. They are ideal for automation robotics, telescoping poles, FPV frame, because of their lightweight and high strength. Roll wrapped prepreg carbon fiber tubes including twill weave or plain weave for outer fabrics, unidirectional for the inside fabric. Additionally, glossy and smooth sanded finishes are all available. The inside diameter ranges from 6-60mm, the length is normally 1000mm. Generally, we offer black carbon tubes, if you have demand for color tubes, it'll cost more time. If it doesn't match your need, please contact us directly for your custom specifications.
